Have you ever thought about why we don’t have a ‘protection’ rating on motorcycle gear in Australia? Well, you would be pleased to know that a 5-star rating system is soon to be put in place. The Transport for NSW Centre of Road Safety is stating that the rating system will be a similar to what is already found on items like white goods and the ANCAP crash rating. This will give us the opportunity to select the best possible choices in protective gear.

The Honda factory in Kumamoto, Japan was damaged in the recent earthquakes and isn’t expected to re-open until Friday 6 May 2016. This is expected to delay deliveries into Australia.
