About Us ยป News

January through to May is peak period within the motorcycle industry and that flows through to the motorcycle transport industry.  Our trucks have set schedules and they generally fill at least 1-2 weeks in advance of pickup - particularly during these peak periods.

We strongly encourage all of our customers to email or call us for next available dates PRIOR to booking.  Cancelled bookings incur cancellation charges of at least $150.  A lot of work goes on in the background to allocate bookings onto trucks - there's scheduling, consignments, finances, administration and a plethora of work.  Please check with our team by emailing us for next available dates at prior to booking to avoid disappointment.  Thank you

With only 4 transport weeks left before Christmas and with the high demand for moving motorcycles we cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.  Our trucks are currently booked at least 2 weeks in advance and for some runs even longer.  Please call our office for next available dates prior to booking to avoid disappointment and cancellation fees.

With the implementation of Stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, we are seeing a very high volume of motorbikes moving and an unprecedented number of  freight requests across Melbourne and Australia more broadly.

Freight and transport will continue to operate everywhere including Melbourne and Victoria.  However, due to the high volumes of transport requests we are seeing (which are unprecedented) we are working tirelessly to ensure that we can still continue to service our clients whilst at the same time keeping our staff protected.

DELAYS IN TRANSIT:  Our vehicles are seeing delays primarily in and out of the Perth/Adelaide and going from Melbourne to Sydney, Brisbane and FNQ.  Most trucks move through Melbourne.  This is the way that freight works and it's something that can't really be changed. With restrictions down to 25% of staff working in the depots in Melbourne this means less man power to load and unload vehicles...which means delays.  We are all doing our best to move through these freight volumes as quickly as we can but we must abide by the laws in each jurisdiction.  It's a  moving beast and we all just have to be patient.

Our office team is working remotely and there's no better way to put it other than...we are under the pump!  If you can send requests via email including for tracking we would appreciate  If you need to call we are still here on 1300 45 54 64 but there may be some delays.  And please be patient with our team.  We have had to hire new staff (how good is that in a crisis?!) but they are new and learning.  We are all doing our best so please be patient and polite.

OFFICE HOURS:  We have changed our office hours to 9am-4.30pm Mon-Fri to give our team enough time to catch up on emails and go home and get prepared for lock down.

And finally, thank you all our amazing customers, staff, driving team and partners...we are all in this together.  Stay safe and healthy and ride safe!

It's a public holiday in Melbourne where our office is located and as such the office will be closed on Monday 8 June.  We will be re-opening at 8.30am on Tuesday 9 June 2020.  If you would like to get in touch, please send us an email to and we will reply on our return on Tuesday.  Thank you

Our trucks and services across Australia are still in operation thrugh this uncertain time we are all facing due to Covid-19.

It's currently business as usual, however we may be seeing some delays across some legs due to high demand.  We request that all customers call the office on 1300 45 54 64 or email to confirm next available schedules before booking to avoid disappointment and charges.

Our drivers have minimal physical or close contact with customers and as a transport and logistics company transport is considered to be an essential service.  Drivers have been provided with strict protocols in terms of distancing and vehicles are fitted out with hand sanitiser which drivers are using before and after dealing with customers and handling motorcycles.

As you are all aware, these are unprecedented times and we are doing the best we can under difficult circumstances.  We are all doing the best we can so we appreciate your kindness and support during this time while we work through the various government restrictions.

In the meantime, it's business as usual.  We are facing staffing shortages but are working behind the scenes to establish work from home practices.  Our preferred means of communication at the moment is email however you can still contact us during business hours via phone.  Please be patient as we may have wait times that are outside of normal for us.

Sending all our customers all the best and much health during these times.
