As all Australians are acutely aware, our country is currently in the midst of one of the most challenging times in our history.  We currently have road closures throughout NSW, Eastern Victoria and between South Australia and Western Australia.  This has a significant impact on the transport and logistics industry and as such we are facing delays.  Vehicles are still moving but there will be delays in some areas.  As everyone can appreciate the safety of drivers, motorcycles and our vehicles is our main priority and as such where decisions are made to not move trucks they are made with safety as a priority.  While in some areas trucks may be moving there's still significant safety concerns posed by smoke, ash and low visibility.  We request our customers to remain understanding of the situation at hand and to please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure motorcycles are delivered as soon as possible and in the condition they were received.  

We are however facing an unprecedented situation and we are doing our best in the office to answer the high influx of calls and emails.  We request that people remain patient with us and we welcome you to contact us and remain in communication in relation to your transport.  We have customers where we have their motorcycles but they no longer have a home for us to deliver.  This is a very sobering situation for many people.  We thank you for your patience.  The Bike Logistics team.
