As you are all aware we are living in unprecedented times with restrictions being placed via national and state/territory leaders to minimise the spread of Coronavirus.

For Bike Logistics, it's currently business as usual.  Our drivers have minimal physical or close contact with customers and as a transport and logistics company we are considered to be an essential service.  Our drivers have been provided with strict protocols in terms of distancing and vehicles are fitted out with hand sanitiser which drivers are using before and after dealing with customers and handling motorcycles.  

For the moment it's business as usual however there may be delays on motorcycles travelling in/out of WA and we remain to see whether we will have any trucks travelling in/out of Tasmania.  We advise that you check dates BEFORE booking by calling our office or emailing our team to avoide disappointment.  This applies to all services across Australia.  As you are all aware, these are unprecedented times and we are doing the best we can under difficult circumstances.  We are all flying by the seat of our pants and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the various government restrictions.

In the meantime, it's business as usual.  We are facing staffing shortages but are working behind the scenes to establish work from home practices.  Our preferred means of communication at the moment is email however you can still contact us during business hours via phone.  Please be patient as we may have wait times that are outside of normal for us.
