Can other items travel with the bike
A:
All motorbikes must travel empty of all personal possessions
otherwise motorbikes will not be transported. This includes bike helmets,
jackets and sunglasses etc. Please advise

Q: Does my motorbike require fuel?
A:
Yes, a quarter of a tank will be sufficient for
driving your motorbike on and off the motorbike carrier.
Q: Do you transport non running motorbikes?
A: Yes we can so please explain why the motorbike
does not run on the Quote Request form.
Q: Do you transport damaged motorbikes?
A: Yes we can so please explain the motorbike
damage on the Quote Request form.
Q: Do you transport Caravans, Boats, Trailers,
Motorbikes or Trucks?

Q: Does the motorbike need to be registered?
A: No, as long as the motorbike
is never ridden on an open road. We offer a full door
to door service for all unregistered motorbikes.
Q: What payment methods do you except?
A: Our preferred method of payment is Mastercard, Visa or AMEX at time of
booking. We do however accept direct deposits and company cheques for commercial
accounts only. Please note that Amex payments will incur an additional 2%
surcharge.

Q: Can I pay COD?
A: No, payment must be made in full at time of booking.
Q: How is my motorbike collected and delivered to a door
address?
A:
Motorbikes are picked up or delivered on a smaller single/dual tilt tray from/to
residential or business addresses which enables better access on suburban
roads. Large motorbike carriers and rail are used between the depots.
Q: How will BIKE
Logistics move my
motorbike?
A: Our contract carriers use modern and uniquely designed cradles that
securely hug the front tyre which locks it into place without damaging struts or
forks. Another strap then secures the rear wheel for safe transit.
Q: Who provides the insurance coverage to transport
my motorbike?
A: Most of our contract carriers cover your motorbike with full marine
transit insurance from pick up to delivery.

liable for any loss or damage to your motorbike while in transit as insurance is
provided by the contracted carriers.
Q: How long will it take to deliver my vehicle?
A: To obtain an estimate from one of our operators,
please call our operations centre on 03 8339 0572.

does not guarantee delivery times or promises made by their contracted carrier
companies. Motorbike transit times are provided by the individual contracted
carrier and are estimates only. Transit times may vary due to peak periods,
acts of nature and backlogs etc. Please do not plan holidays, trips and
meetings using estimated transit times.
Q: Do you provide flexible scheduling?
A: We have flexible scheduling to suit the requirements of
our customers, however carriers are not always available everyday in some areas
e.g. regional.
Q: Can my motorbike stay at the depot a few days if I am
not available to collect it?
A:
Yes, motorbikes are held for a maximum of 3 days.
Storage fees will apply unless prior arrangement has been made with us.
